Open Pole Schedule

See when the studio is open for Open Pole!

There are two kinds of open pole.

Our standard Open Pole sessions have an instructor available to spot and assist.

Open Pole - Office Hours sessions are entirely up to you, no instructor assistance.

Warmup and cooldown are your responsibility. You are paying for an hour of open pole, but if you are late for your slot, we can't keep the studio open past instructor availability, so keep this in mind when attending an open pole session! You may show up to the studio as early as 15 minutes prior to your slot to start your warm up.
