Level 1

Level 1 (Introduction to Pole Dance)

No experience required!

If you are brand new to pole, this is exactly where you want to start. We will learn the very basic fundamentals of pole dancing to build your strength and prepare you for the next level. Expect to learn spins, basic leg grips, and transitions around the pole. We recommend all new polers take at least 4-6 level 1 classes before advancing to level 2.
