Classes and Schedules
We offer a variety of fitness dance classes to help you reach your goals. Everyone has a dancer inside that we will bring out with one of the classes below.

Pole Fitness Classes

Level 1List Item 2
For the absolute beginner. Start here!

Level 2List Item 1
For those who have taken 6-8 weeks of level 1 classes or who have been otherwise graduated by a Vixens instructor.

Level 3List Item 3
For those who have a confident floor inversion, outside and inside leg-hang, and layback using both sides of the body and have been graduated by a Vixens instructor.

Level 4List Item 4
For those who have a shoulder-mount, aerial inversion, and extended butterfly using both sides of the body and have been graduated by a Vixens instructor.

Mixed Level Pole (2, 3, 4)
Trick-based class for multiple ability levels (2, 3, 4).

Level 3/4 Mixed
Trick-based class for high-intermediate and advanced students (3, 4).

Hell on Heels
Choreography-based class. Difficulty varies, see our socials for more details!

Open Pole
Open pole session with a hosting instructor. No instruction.
