Liberty is a 200 hour RYT Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga instructor as well as a certified health and nutrition coach.
She began her yoga journey in 2014 and has since discovered its profound benefits in mind-body connection, cultivating peace and self-love as well as bringing connection through an ever-growing community.
Her goal with each class is to create a welcoming space to help students achieve a deeper level of self-awareness and creative exploration while expanding their practice. Above all she wants to remind students that yoga isn't just about what happens on the mat, but how we show up and care for ourselves and others off the mat.
