Level 3

Level 3 (Intermediate Pole)

Level 3 focuses on simple inversions, combinations and finding our flow. We train our level 3 students to build the strength we need to handle the power and flexibility moves taught in our level 4 classes. To reach this level you must demonstrate the ability to execute the moves in the levels 1 and 2 curriculum, have a solid chopper, layback, and outside and inside leg hang.
